A public site in Arabic and English with courses, teachers, blog, testimonials, gallery, FAQ and a CEFR A1–C2 placement test, plus an admin CMS the institute runs without a developer: homepage and page builders, navigation manager, media library, email templates, a leads CRM with notes and contact history, and an analytics dashboard. Two admin roles (Super Admin, Editor).
TECH STACK
ARCHITECTURE
Server-rendered PHP on a lightweight MVC structure, with the frontend built once with Vite and served as static files.
BUGS / CHALLENGES
The institute uses cheap shared hosting, which rules out frameworks that need background processes or Node in production. Images are converted to WebP with responsive sizes, and the contact and placement forms are protected with rate limiting and a honeypot against spam.
EXIT STATUS / OUTCOMES
Live at speakuponline.online since August 2026, with 32 inquiries received through the site and 12 courses managed by the institute in the CMS. SEO built in: Open Graph tags, structured data and an automatic sitemap.
